No refunds or exchanges

A refund or exchange is not offered. Please review the description and measurements of each product before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, please reach out to me in the “contact” link and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Vintage and secondhand textiles 

Every product is made from secondhand materials. These items may have signs of wear, staining, or damage. These areas are avoided or mended when possible. However, it is not always possible to fully avoid these areas. Please be aware that your product may have signs of wear or slight imperfections! I will do my best to document these in the product description.

Caring for your product 

For the longevity of each item, it is recommended to hand wash in cold water and hang to dry.

Shipping & Handling

Each item will be packed carefully and thoughtfully to make sure it reaches you safely.

Tracking numbers will be provided with each order and sent to the email address provided.

Packages lost in the mail are outside of my control. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged after they are in the possession of the postal service. Delays while your package is in transit are also outside of my control. Refunds will not be offered in these instances.
